Who I work with
I support kind, caring, and empathic individuals who identify with any of the following:
  • carrying around the stress and frustration of everyday life
  • worrying about what other people say, and lacking confidence in themselves
  • feeling they can’t fit in with society or their surroundings
  • struggling with relationships with other people
  • have trouble controlling their emotions
I have a wide variety of clients. Students, working adults, married people, divorced people, Americans, Japanese, and so on. I am aware that everyone’s experiences and issues are different. My clients are seeking self-discovery and self-development and are always striving for personal growth and change.
My normal sessions are online via Zoom (private video-chat platform), but if the timing is right, I can also have in-person sessions in the vicinity of Kyoto, Japan, and/or Bellevue, WA. Even online sessions require the client to have a quiet, private space and uninterrupted time.

How I help

Emotions are a type of energy. We often say that there are five emotions: joy, anger, sorrow, pleasure and love. Anger and sorrow are negative emotions, and if you let them build up, you will become more susceptible to illness both physically and mentally.

Therefore, I use Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), a mind-body therapy approach, to help you clean out negative energy. I also provide coaching services that make use of my experience of living, studying and working in both Japan and the United States.

My particular expertise is in helping people who are confused or struggling to adapt to a different culture.
